Salon suites at 10536 Kingston Pike, Farragut. Concierge, utilities included. Elite Suites Farragut is at 10536 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37922. Call (865) 406-9470. This West Knoxville location has private salon suites with a full-time concierge, included utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry, and professional equipment. Independent stylists, estheticians, nail techs, and other beauty professionals lease a locking studio, keep 100% of what they earn, and set their own hours. Farragut also offers Norvell sunless spray tanning — booth, airbrush, and monthly options with walk-ins welcome. A suite is not booth rental: you get a door, your brand on the room, and your own schedule. Tour a suite or ask about availability through the leasing office at (865) 684-5973 or leasing at elitesuitessalon.com. Compare West Town Mall if you want indoor mall traffic. Maryville at Foothills Mall is on track to open the last week of October. Elite Suites is a salon-suite building, not a traditional salon. Professionals are independent tenants, not employees. Monthly rent covers the private room, equipment, electric, water, Wi-Fi, laundry, climate control, and a front-desk concierge. There is no commission split and no house service menu — clients book the individual provider. Norvell spray tanning is offered at Farragut and West Town.
